We can tell you who our son's favourite hockey coach was, who's the best grade 4 teacher and where to get the best lunch in town . We work here and spend our commission dollars here as well, something we believe when you are buying or selling in the area that you should consider before using out of area representation.
We are involed in community fundraisers such as the "For Love of Jennson Project" which recently raised $10,000 for a local family with a baby going through Cancer, Missions projects in the Dominican Republic, Tamara is the founder of The Stayner Business Women's network, and Larry is the current President of The Stayner Chamber Of Commerce

Tamara Culham - Broker
Like most of us, I work hard because through that I can enjoy all that life has to offer. My hands are always moving: gardening, knitting, sewing and creating. I recharge my energy with my husband of 21 years and four gifts from God — three strapping boys who measure life in three-pointers and slapshots along a charming eleven-year-old daughter who measures life in books and collections of just about anything.

At the outset of my career in real estate I treated clients the way I thought a real estate sales rep ought to provide service. My work was appreciated. My business progressed. I see my role as building a real understanding of the needs and desires of my clients and helping to guide them through the opportunities and challenges with professionalism and enthusiasm. And then, when the dust settles and people are safely cocooned in their new homes, I make sure I follow-up with an after-sales service program that maintains the relationships with clients and invests back into them and their properties. I want you to look on my office as a resource and the hub of information in the community. If you want to get the most from your purchase or improve and add value to your home I can use my network and expertise to help you seek out reputable home improvement contractors, advice and specialists you’ll need. If your focus is on getting the most from your community I can direct you to resources and services for children, families and seniors. One of the ways I have built my business and developed my service to clients is through continuing education and training. I have invested heavily in training by North America’s leading real estate training and business coaching company.The basis of this is is a thorough understanding of my own gifts, traits and abilities. I know that I come to life around people and am ideally suited to people-saturated, service driven environments. My own style of communicating allows me to bring humanity into a project or situation while motivating people toward big-picture goals. I’m creative, caring, empathetic and I’m aware it’s what I do, not what I say, that reveals the depth of my integrity.
Larry Culham - Sales Representative
In 2008 Larry Culham joined his wife, Tamara, in the real estate business and is now a licensed Realtor working at the Paul Fisher Real Estate (2008) Inc. brokerage serving the Georgian Triangle - Stayner, Clearview, Creemore, New Lowell, Wasaga Beach, and Collingwood area
Larry Culham had a 25-year career as a journalist, photographer, columnist and award-winning editor of community newspapers in more than a dozen Ontario communities.
He has deep roots in the community of Clearview and an extensive understanding of how your real estate investments are impacted by market forces as well as upper and lower tier municipal governments, conservation authorities, provincial policies and community development initiatives.
Most of all, clients can count on attentive, thorough and professional representation. Together Larry and Tamara are working to maintain an exceptional level of service to clients long before and after the actual purchase or sale of property
